Our intensive tiler training courses are designed to give you the necessary information and knowledge needed to set up and operate your own tiling business.
This course will show you all you need to know about the tiling trade.
 You will be working in a purpose built, equipped bay for hands on practical tiling. Courses are kept to a small number which means more one on one tuition, every person is different, some people learn quicker than others so the courses are designed around easy learning and no embarrassing situations will occur, there is no need to feel uneasy about anything. The course is suitable for anyone who has some or no experience in tiling.
During the 5 days on this course all tools will be fully explained to you, including using a wet saw, grinders, and tile cutting machines.
- You will be shown how to set out your tiling work, you will be tiling walls and floors. You will also be using tiling trim, tiling around obstacles for example baths, showers, around windows etc. to achieve a professional finish.
- You will learn how to apply different types of wall and floor adhesives, grouts and silicon sealant.
- During the course you will also be given advice on pricing and measuring up a job and various tips of the trade.
- At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of attendance.
